"Disruption" equals things like AWOX, corp theft, selling intel to the enemy, etc. Things that would "disurpt" a corp's operations either in match or out of match. |

Different game modes to blast people would be nice, though, and beat pve for me. I just hope that the disruption gameplay has somethimg to do with that, like being able to sabotage a PC district or something.
Taken out of context it can mean anything. If I say I like cheese, out of context, you are missing the part where I only like cheese on the hamburger.
In context, disruption by a player joining a squad joining a match would be someone who is disrupting that squads advitivies in the match - public, FW, or PC. |

If I say I like cheese, out of context, you are missing the part where I only like cheese on the hamburger. In context, disruption by a player joining a squad joining a match would be someone who is disrupting that squads advitivies in the match - public, FW, or PC. If there's space and the squad isn't locked, you can already join someones squad. How can you then "disrupt" them and how does that come into anything meta? To me it seems you can only disrupt others if they're doing something that doesn't already involve you. With all current game modes everyone is engaged with the enemy team in one way or another - there's nothing to do to disrupt that isn't already the main point of the game. Thus, the only conclusion must be that disruption play implies new game modes that offer activities to be "disrupted".
Today, you can only join a squad once the match starts. After 1.5, however, you can find squads to join before the match starts.
Let's say Dust2Dust is having a PC battle, but there are only a few people online from the corp or from Top Men. To defend your district, you decide to advertise a public squad because you are desparate (again this is just a hypothetical). Well, what if I saw this from the other side - I jump on an alt and join your squad. I then proceed to kill you.
Disruption.
This is just the quick and obvious example of how to use this to disrupt, but there are others too I'm sure, for the creative merc.
Also, I think you are reading too much into what he says. |

I really don't think this is the kind of thing that can be classed as disruptive play and would hardly be something new that TTG would list as something they're working on.
It happens. Trust me it can happen. |

Trust me it can happen. Entire billion ISK and thousand player corps and alliances can and are torn down by one person simply saying "I wonder if I can" "**** this" "Oh he's paying X amount more" Trust is not a word thrown around EVE lightly, and sooner of later Dust as well.
